Update – 2024

So. Christmas was coming, and NY in London. That meant 5 kgs plus. Argh.

I met with my lovely nutrionist Astrid. We worked on a new strategy. The way of eating had changed. I ate more sweets or cake. Hard to resist at Christmas and NY. We also had nice dinners in London and partied a lot in London.

So, anyway, I try to eat more unprocessed foods. Resisting cakes and croissants is hard. I eat salad five times a week, and we’ve agreed to eat wholegrain bread for breakfast instead of croissants.
