Change of my life and my nutrition

So. I had today again a meeting with my great nutritionist. I have new aims, well an additional one.

So far I had to:

5 portions of salad per week

5 portions of wholegrain bread per week

Now, a super specialized one: I will go on my vacation in London 70 % by foot or the tube. 30 % Taxi.

Additionally I want to start cooking more healthy food.
