Update of my personal way

So I had problems losing weight. Talking with my nutritionist I realized I ate too much fruit. So I banned fruit – actually I don’t miss it anymore – and substituted it with vegetables. Mostly carrots. While I’m writing this I’m a bit shocked. No fruit. I still have raspberries in my freezer from my green house. So I will eat some. I ate also some nuts.

Wonder how it will go next time I meet her. I guess I will have lost some pounds. Last time just about .8 kg. Oh well. I don’t give up.

I did not update the Youtube summaries. There were too much contracting ideas.

Rule of thumb though: Vegetables, salads before a meal seem to be healthy. Also berries.
